Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing requisitions across various disciplines, sourcing, interviewing, and recommending great candidates to join our team. Becoming an expert on our company culture, business model, and the industry in which we operate, the Talent Acquisition Consultant will be a strategic advisor and enable managers to make sound hiring decisions. Building a pipeline of highly qualified candidates and leveraging your best judgment, you will ensure that our high standards for hiring are consistently met. As an ambassador for our company, you will cultivate strong customer relationships with both the hiring managers and candidates. This is a full time opportunity based at our Headquarters in New Jersey.
Responsibilities and Essential Functions
Gain the trust of the hiring managers, HR Business Partners and your peers; provide leadership in the area of technical talent acquisition
Research, analyze and understand technical requirements
Help hiring managers craft compelling job descriptions
Develop, influence and execute sourcing strategies for passive and active candidates
Develop candidate profiles, execute on candidate generation strategies and build pipeline of qualified candidates
Thoroughly evaluate candidates, prepare written professional summaries and present candidates in an accurate and detailed manner
Use sound business judgment and common sense when approaching obstacles and solving problems during candidate searches and other HR activities
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven relationship management and development skills
Business acumen and ability to understand business strategies in complex high technology industries
Ability to manage and drive projects within a matrixed environment
Ability to work in a fast paced and complex organization
Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
Expert on resume search portals, using search engines, passive techniques, cold calling and utilizing social media tools to identify candidates
Proven problem-solving capability with people, process and programs

Bachelor Degree or combination of college coursework and training
Experience
6+ years technical recruiting experience; emphasis on Finance, IT, Engineering, Purchasing and Supply Chain in the Computing Hardware industry is a plus
