Staff/Senior Tax Accountant
Position will be Hybrid or possibly Remote

Well-known Wealth Management and Advisory Firm seeks a Staff/Senior-Tax/Accountant for its corporate office based in New York City.
Job Description
Knowledge of excel, Microsoft Office, QuickBooks and Tax Software
Prepares individual tax returns
Be able to communicate clearly an effectively
Update financial reports via QuickBooks
Attention to detail
Update and reconcile bank and credit card accounts
Post and process journal entries
Assist in the processing of financial reports
Update & assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned
Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
Assist with other accounting projects
Qualifications:
Accounting degree
CPA or MBA is preferred ,but not required
1-3 Years Public or Private Accounting/Tax experience
