VP - Head of Compliance Training

Position will be Hybrid or possibly Remote

Job Description

The incumbent will analyze compliance training needs, develop training plans and curriculum, and deliver courses in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.

S/he will develop and implement the Annual Training Needs Assessment and Training Plan. The incumbent will consult with departments to assess compliance training needs; execute bank-wide compliance training; track progress against plan; and update curriculum as needed.

S/he will also prepare status reports highlighting training metrics; ensure all training documentation records are up-to-date; and stay abreast of current industry trends.

We are looking for someone with a Bachelor’s degree; 7+ years banking industry experience in a BSA/AML & OFAC capacity; knowledge of U.S Banking regulations and compliance practice with strong emphasis on all aspects of BSA, AML and OFAC; excellent communication and leadership skills; and knowledge of training methodologies, managerial responsibilities are required. ACAMS are preferred, but not required.
