Requirements:
Qualified candidate should have a BBA in Accounting or Finance.
Strong analytical and project management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
Description: Person would be responsible for the financial reporting of the core Leadership and Talent Management organization. Coordination and preparation of monthly business results analysis such as actual results versus budget, forecast and run rate. Preparing and managing the budget and forecast processes for clients. Manage client relationships across Core LTM departments. Assist in realization of savings opportunities, through six sigma and other analysis. Perform periodic analysis / rationalization of economic mapping methodologies for LTM. Develop monthly accruals ensuring that they are adequate and accurate. Participate in LTM reengineering projects as appropriate.
