Description:Responsible for providing a full range of service coordination to personnel on international assignments (both U.S. and foreign).Reports to the International HR, Manager.

  • Works closely with Manager and Supervisor to support the design of policies, program and development.
  • Preparation of Cost Analysis of the International Population in order to provide data to the Business Unit, and Direct Reports.
  • Work closely with Manager on special projects such as accumulation of data for procedures; on foreign country guidelines on immigration rules, corporate charge back practices, and foreign tax payments.
  • Review tax equalization calculations in order to process for payment.  Present recurring situation arising outside the general policy (i.e., state tax issues).
  • Assist with other related projects.

  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel

:
Acts as compensation liaison for several National Support Services departments and groups including functional HR and leadership.  Individual contributor, consultant, strategic business partner and team player whose role contributes to compensation/salary review programs improvements, efficiencies and enhancements for the firm.  Creates project plans and manages steps from design through implementation.  Leads planning and debrief meetings.    Serves as an internal consultant with National Support Services departments on all compensation matters (day to day administration, salary review, etc).  Analyzes complex problems or issues and provides compensation strategic or tactical solutions.  Participates in firm wide projects involving extensive compensation analysis and modeling.

  • Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to all operating company HR generalists on a wide range of employee relations issues including progressive counseling, performance management, Company policy and procedure, harassment/discrimination, short/long-term disability, FMLA, background checks.
  • Provide guidance for HR generalists on applicable HR and legal topics such as the Fair Credit Reporting Act, FMLA, Applicant Flow, etc.
  • Review employee selection process and results for reorganizations and reductions in force; responsible for all RIF-related waiver and release agreements and WARN notification.
  • Respond to formal discrimination charges from the EEOC.
  • Partner with MMC Legal on relevant issues

Requirements: and Qualifications:

-Reviewing HR benefits guidelines to be distributed to the LOBs for annual plan process, ensure complete and timely distribution
-Providing guidance to HR Benefits manager on pricing benefits products

-Preparing road shows for LOB CFO’s to explain the HR benefits cost trends and allocations
-Reviewing monthly processing of HR Benefit Allocations
-Preparing and presentation of the Firm's cash and equity based compensation
-Tracking and analyzing equity based compensation forfeitures
-Assisting on Business Case analysis
Qualifications
-Knowledge of accounting policies relating to employee benefits and incentive compensation
-Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
-Experienced in analysis of monthly financial performance
-Proficiency in computer navigation and Microsoft environment
-Excellent oral and written communication skills
-Strong organizational skills, including good judgment, decision making abilities, and dealing with ambiguity
-Excellent interpersonal skills necessary to work effectively with a variety of individuals, departments and organizations
